With his distinctive head-tails and calculating demeanor, he manages the day-to-day operations of the criminal empire from the shadows of the palace on Tatooine. His role extends far beyond simple administrative duties, as he frequently manipulates situations to his own advantage whilst maintaining an facade of loyal servitude.

Originally hailing from the Outer Rim world of Ryloth, this cunning individual rose through the ranks of organised crime through a combination of political acumen and ruthless pragmatism. He orchestrates everything from slave trading to smuggling operations, using his position to gather intelligence and eliminate rivals. His mastery of manipulation proves particularly effective when dealing with the various bounty hunters, smugglers, and other unsavoury characters who frequent Jabba’s court.

The majordomo’s expertise in treachery becomes evident during the events surrounding Luke Skywalker’s rescue mission at the Sarlacc pit. However, his story doesn’t end with his master’s demise aboard the sail barge.
