Savage Opress

This formidable Zabrak warrior emerged from the shadowy world of Dathomir as one of the most physically imposing Force users in the galaxy. Standing nearly three metres tall with distinctive red and black tattoos covering his muscular frame, Savage Opress began life as a simple villager among the Nightbrothers before the Nightsister Asajj Ventress selected him for a dark transformation. Through ancient Dathomirian magic, he was enhanced far beyond his natural capabilities, becoming a towering brute with immense strength and a tenuous grasp of the dark side of the Force.

Initially serving as Ventress’s secret weapon against Count Dooku, the enhanced warrior’s loyalties shifted when he discovered his long-lost brother, the fallen Sith Lord Darth Maul, barely alive and driven mad by years of isolation. Together, the brothers carved a bloody path through the galaxy, establishing the Shadow Collective criminal syndicate and seizing control of Mandalore through manipulation and brute force. Their partnership proved devastatingly effective, combining Maul’s cunning with Savage’s raw power.

The warrior’s journey reached its tragic conclusion during a lightsabre duel with the legendary Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and his former master, Darth Sidious. Despite his enhanced abilities and cybernetic arm replacement following an earlier injury, he proved no match for the Sith Lord’s lightning attacks. His final moments revealed a glimpse of the simple brother he once was, as he died in Maul’s arms, having never fully escaped the manipulation that defined his transformed existence.
