This amphibious Jedi Master from the ocean world of Glee Anselm stands out amongst his peers with his distinctive green skin and long tentacle-like head appendages called tentacles. As a Nautolan, he possesses the unique ability to sense pheromones through these sensory organs, allowing him to detect emotions and intentions in others—a skill that proves invaluable in both diplomacy and combat situations.

Throughout the Clone Wars, he served as a respected member of the Jedi Council and led his own clone trooper unit into battle across the galaxy. His expertise in underwater combat made him particularly valuable during aquatic missions, whilst his calm demeanour and tactical mind earned him recognition as one of the Republic’s most capable military leaders. He took on the Mon Calamari Jedi Nahdar Vebb as his Padawan, training the young student in the ways of the Force.

The Nautolan’s military career reached its peak when he joined the elite assault team tasked with confronting Chancellor Palpatine after the revelation of his Sith identity. Alongside fellow Masters Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, and Saesee Tiin, he stormed the Chancellor’s office in a desperate attempt to arrest the Dark Lord of the Sith. However, the mission proved fatal when Palpatine revealed his true power, striking down the Jedi Master with his lightsabre during the fierce duel that followed.

Portrayed by Zachariah Jensen, the character appeared across multiple prequel films and made several appearances in The Clone Wars animated series, showcasing his skills both as a warrior and mentor during the galaxy’s darkest hours.
