Born on Yavin 4 in 2 ABY to Shara Bey and Kes Dameron, this Resistance pilot grew up hearing tales of the Rebellion’s greatest victories. His mother served as an A-wing pilot during the Galactic Civil War, whilst his father fought as a Rebel pathfinder, creating a legacy that would profoundly shape his future. After losing his mother at a young age, he was raised primarily by his father, developing an early fascination with flying that would define his career.

Under the tutelage of Wedge Antilles, the legendary Rebel pilot, he honed his skills to become one of the galaxy’s finest starfighter pilots. His natural talent and fearless approach to combat flying earned him command of Black Squadron, an elite X-wing unit within the Resistance. Known for his quick wit and unwavering loyalty to the cause, he often serves as both a skilled combatant and morale booster for his fellow fighters.

Throughout the conflict with the First Order, he plays a crucial role in several pivotal battles, from the assault on Starkiller Base to the final confrontation at Exegol. His partnership with the droid BB-8 proves instrumental in safeguarding vital intelligence, whilst his friendship with Rey and Finn forms part of a new generation of heroes fighting against tyranny.
