World Celebration is EPCOT's entrance zone and central spine, running from the gate underneath Spaceship Earth out to the World Showcase Plaza. Since the rebuild it works as open parkland, with CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza standing where Innoventions used to be and doing most of the heavy lifting during festival season. Dreamers Point and its Walt Disney statue sit in the greenery to one side. It holds only two rides, Spaceship Earth and Journey Into Imagination With Figment, which tells you what the neighbourhood is really for: it is the part of the park you cross rather than the part you queue in. Below you will find the rides in the neighbourhood with live wait times, plus a link through to each guide.

Frequently asked questions

What rides are in World Celebration?

Two: Spaceship Earth inside the geodesic sphere, and Journey Into Imagination With Figment. That is deliberate. World Celebration is the neighbourhood you cross rather than the one you queue in, and most of its space is open parkland, CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza.

Why is the Imagination pavilion in World Celebration and not World Nature?

Because that is how Disney files it. The pavilion sits on the west side next to The Land, so most maps and most competing guides group it with World Nature on geography. Disney's own attraction pages put Imagination! and Figment under World Celebration, which is why they appear here.

What is CommuniCore Hall?

The indoor event space that replaced Innoventions West, opened as part of the EPCOT transformation. It does most of the heavy lifting during festival season, hosting demonstrations, tastings and seasonal exhibits, and its programming changes with whichever festival is running.
